30-Day Reset Refund Policy

At Retreat RealLife, we want every traveller to understand what they are purchasing and feel confident that the experience will be delivered as described.
The 30-Day Reset is a digital guided experience available for a one-time purchase of $297.
Our 14-day conditional refund policy
You may request a refund review within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
A refund may be approved in the following circumstances:
- Access or delivery failure: You cannot access the purchased experience because of a technical or delivery problem that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period after you notify us.
- Material difference from the description: The experience delivered is materially different from the features and content represented at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate or erroneous payment: You were incorrectly charged, including being charged twice for the same purchase.
If you encounter an access problem, please contact us so we can investigate and work to restore your access promptly.
Changes of mind and personal outcomes
Because the 30-Day Reset provides access to digital content and guided experiences, refunds are not automatically available simply because you change your mind, decide not to participate, or do not achieve a particular personal outcome.
We do not guarantee specific personal, financial, health, or relationship results. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
How to request a refund
Email hello@retreatreallife.com with the subject line 30-Day Reset Refund Request.
Please include the email address used for your purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send payment card details.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two business days and will communicate any further information needed to resolve the matter.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Access following a refund
When a full refund is completed, access to the paid 30-Day Reset may be revoked. Any separately available free Retreat RealLife experiences are not affected unless otherwise required.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, remedy, or chargeback rights available under applicable consumer protection laws or payment network rules.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, that law takes precedence.
